Claim to fame:
Bananarama are an English female pop band who have had success on the pop and dance charts since 1982. Rather than relying on harmony, the band generally sings in unison, as do their background vocalists.
In the 1980s, Bananarama were listed in the Guinness World Records as the all-female group with the most chart entries in the world, a record which they still hold.
Where are they now?
In March 2013, Dallin posted on Twitter that she and Woodward were writing new tracks together.
On 11 April, she announced that four tracks were completed and that there were "six to go".
Since then, Bananarama have performed at different events in Poland (23 April), Germany (4 May - Kult am Kalksberg) and the UK (18 May - Let's Rock The Moor; 25 May - Birmingham Pride).
