Farrah Fawcett
Claim to fame: Fawcett rocketed to fame with her now famous pin-up poster of her in the red bathing suit; the poster sold over 12 million copies. To see how popular she was one only needed to step into any hair salon in America where women where emulating her iconic hairstyle. After ‘Charlie’s Angels’, Fawcett starred in multiple film and TV movies, that earned her three Emmy Nominations.

Where are they now? Fawcett passed away in 2009 at the age of 68 after a long battle with cancer. The red one-piece bathing suit worn by Farrah in her famous 1976 poster was donated to the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History on February 2, 2011. She may be gone but her legacy will live on.
