Jackie Coogan
Claim to fame: Coogan was a silent film child actor performing alongside legends like Charlie Chaplin. His parents squandered the money he acquired as a child. In turn, he sued them which resulted in California enacting the Coogan Act which protects child performers earnings. His performance as crazy Uncle Fester in, 'The Addams Family' is one of his more notable roles.
