Douglas Barr's claim to fame
He played the lovable, bumbling Howard 'Howie' Munson on "The Fall Guy" (1981) TV Series with Lee Majors and Heather Thomas. He also played Colonel William 'Bill' Stillfield on "Designing Women" (1986) TV Series, as Charlene's man. His last movie was "Temptation" (1994) as Captain Thomas.
