from the long-running country variety series Hee Haw throughout the 70s &
80s. LuLu eventually became a featured gospel artist in 1985 with her solo album

Despite positive reviews and genuine talent Lulu's gospel career
never really achieved the "mainstream" success of some of her
contemporaries. Lulu continues to tour and record as a gospel artist.
