Bio: For over ten years I worked as a copywriter in several major advertising agencies in Istanbul. In 1998, I held a part-time teaching assistant position (in English) in Istanbul Bilgi University's Communications and Media Faculty. The course I gave was "Trends and Lifestyles in Contemporary Society". In 1995, I have translated a Charles Bukowski novel ("Pulp") from English into Turkish. In 1993, I was an editor, reporter and translator in Marketing Türkiye magazine, a B2B periodical for advertising agencies. In 1989, I graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Computer Engineering Department.
